Managing multiple Calix SMx servers just got easier. You can now provision and support networks across different regions, brands, or acquisitions—all from one Sonar instance. No more workarounds or duplications. It’s built to scale with you.
Calix Cloud & Vetro Integrations
From network design to subscriber analytics, Sonar now stays in lockstep with your favorite Calix and Vetro tools. Subscriber account details flow from Sonar into Calix Cloud for richer insights without jumping between systems, while fiber maps, service locations, and address data sync bidirectionally with Vetro—so planners, ops, and support all work from the same, up-to-date source. Fewer gaps, no double entry, better visibility.
sonarPay Canada
Built for Canadian ISPs, sonarPay Canada brings fully integrated, regulation-ready payment processing to your Sonar instance. Process credit cards and ACH, reconcile payments in real time, and meet FCAC requirements—all without extra logins or manual tracking. It's frictionless billing, with full compliance baked in.
Full Email Visibility + Smart Spam Filtering
Now you can see the full content of every email sent from Sonar—whether it was a mass message or tied to a specific account. We've also upgraded delivery tracking with clearer status indicators, and added smart spam filtering that flags suspicious messages automatically (but still lets you decide what stays or goes). Better transparency, fewer headaches.
Custom Links Expansion
Custom links are now available on Serviceable Addresses and Network Sites—not just accounts and tickets. That means your team can instantly access planning tools, permit portals, device dashboards, or internal docs right from the record they’re working on. No extra clicks, no tab juggling. Just the tools you need, where you need them.
FCC Broadband Labels Format Update
We’ve refreshed Sonar’s free broadband-label generator to match the FCC’s newest template. While the previous version is still acceptable today, it’s on the way out—so switching now means you won’t scramble later. Generate labels that already meet the new content, ordering, and design rules with a single click.
Service-to-Inventory Linking
You can now link a data service directly to the device delivering it—router, ONT, radio, you name it. This creates a clear line between what’s being billed and what’s powering it. It's a simple change that boosts troubleshooting, strengthens reporting, and sets the stage for supporting multiple data services per account later this year.
