Ask. Automate.Extend.

All on one secure agent interface.

We are the only OSS/BSS with AI built in, not bolted on.

The AI Vision

What Sonar is doing with AI.

We are making the platform itself AI-native and open, not sprinkling AI around the edges. With mixed application of “AI-native,” what does it honestly mean?

What does AI-native mean?

AI-native(adjective)

AI-native software is software where the AI is built into the platform's architecture, not wired in from outside.

It requires:
  1. 1

The intelligence to run through the same data, identity, and permissions the rest of the product already runs on.

  2. 2

It can do more than answer questions, it effectively executes work through agents.

  3. 3

And, the output improves from operational data history and usage patterns.

Ask. Talk to your data.

Any user, plain language, real answers in seconds. No report building, no BI tool, no waiting on the data team.

Automate. Agents for the work we know best.

For domain-heavy operational work, we're building agents on our data and our ISP know-how, not a generic assistant guessing.

Extend. Bring your own AI.

Customers plug their own agents and models into Sonar through embedded workflows. Open, not a walled garden.

Secure. All of it is built to run through a single governed interface, where every agent carries its own identity instead of borrowing a person's. We run the systems our customers depend on, which is why security couldn't be an afterthought.

Why We Can Say This

Open before AI needed us to be.

We're the system of record for ISPs, and the system of action built on top of it. Plenty of vendors have an API. Fewer hand you the same one they build on. There's no private interface we keep for ourselves and a thinner one we give you. Eleven years ago, we made that choice on purpose: build Sonar open, so customers keep control of their data and how they run their business. That head start is why we can build AI into the platform instead of bolting it on. Agents are simply the newest thing that architecture was built to serve.

Open by design

Our API has been fully documented since our first generation. Locking customers in was never the plan.

A record of evolving

Embedded BI reporting, then Data Connect, and Ask is what comes next. Simply interact with your data in an interface similar to your favorite LLM.

Your pace, your rules

Human in the loop is the default. You decide how much control to hand over, and when.

How We Earn Trust

Access You Define. Actions You Can Verify.

Every agent acts through its own identity, inside the access you've already granted, never past it. When it doesn't have a real answer, it says so instead of guessing. You decide how far automation goes, and we never train on your data.

Own identity

Every agent acts through its own agent-level access token, not a person's. Every action is attributable and traceable, separate from the human.

Inherited access

An agent only reaches data the human it works for is already allowed to see.

Honest answers

Verified queries get certified answers. When a question doesn't map to one, Sonar says so plainly instead of making something up.

Human in the loop

The workflow builder lets you decide how far automation goes. Trust is extended as it's earned.

Your data stays yours

Deliberate PII handling, no training on customer data, clear storage location, regional residency compliance.
