These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sonar Software, Inc. (“Sonar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) careers page and your participation in our recruiting and application process. By submitting an application or otherwise engaging with our careers page, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit an application.

These Terms apply to candidates and applicants. They do not create an employment relationship and are separate from any terms that apply to Sonar's customers or products.

To apply, you must be of legal working age and legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction where the role is based. You agree that all information you provide in your application and during the recruiting process is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it current. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration or, if discovered after hire, termination of employment.

When you apply, you consent to be contacted by Sonar in connection with your candidacy by email, telephone, and text (SMS) message, including through automated means, using the contact information you provide. The frequency of these messages will vary, and standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by letting your recruiter know. You can opt out of other recruiting communications by contacting us using the details below. Our use of any mobile information you provide is described in our Candidate Texting and Mobile Data notice; we do not share mobile data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sonar is a remote company. We conduct interviews using video conferencing platforms. By participating in a video interview, you acknowledge that your interview may be recorded, including audio and video, for purposes such as evaluating your candidacy, allowing members of the hiring team who could not attend to review the conversation, maintaining an accurate record, and supporting a fair and consistent hiring process.

Participation in a recorded interview is voluntary. You may opt out of being recorded. To do so, please notify your recruiter or interviewer in advance of, or at the start of, the interview, and we will proceed without recording. Choosing to opt out will not negatively affect the evaluation of your application.

Recordings are treated as confidential, are accessible only to those involved in the hiring process, and are retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We collect and use the information you provide to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and administer our recruiting and hiring process. How we collect, use, store, and share candidate information is described more fully in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand your choices and rights regarding your personal information.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. Nothing on our careers page or in these Terms constitutes an offer of employment or creates an employment contract or relationship. Any employment offer, if extended, will be made in a separate written communication and will be subject to its own terms and conditions.

The content on our careers page, including text, logos, graphics, and job descriptions, is owned by Sonar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the careers page only to learn about and apply for roles at Sonar. You agree not to misuse the page, including by submitting unlawful content, interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using automated means to scrape or collect information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the careers page or submission of an application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
