We are excited to inform you that today we are deploying our new Ticket Subscribe feature. By subscribing to tickets, users will be able to receive notifications for tickets that they are not directly assigned to. Whether a comment is left on a ticket, a reply is received, or a message is sent from the ticket, you’ll be able to follow along with any updates by using the Ticket Subscribe feature.
These notifications can be received via email and/or appear directly within the Sonar instance – users can set their notification preferences by navigating to their user profile within the Sonar instance, and then to the “Notifications” tab.
