New Feature: Adtran Mosaic Cloud Platform

We’ve introduced a new premium integration with Adtran Mosaic Cloud Platform (MCP) to bring powerful automation and real-time data syncing to fiber service provisioning. 

This feature is built specifically for fiber providers using Adtran, helping you streamline operations, reduce manual work, and scale with confidence. 

With this update, you can:

• Automated Fiber Service Provisioning – New customer activations, speed changes, and delinquency updates in Sonar are now automatically reflected in Mosaic, reducing errors and deployment times. 
• Real-Time Account Synchronization – Keep network and customer records in sync with seamless updates between platforms—no more manual data entry. 
• Scalability for Growth – Automate critical workflows and expand your fiber coverage without increasing operational complexity. 
• Network Resilience – Surface critical alarms (like ONU loss or dying gasp) tied to inventory items, giving your team better visibility into service issues. 
• Deep Link Access to Mosaic – Quickly open a device or service in MCP directly from Sonar using prebuilt deep links, making troubleshooting faster and more efficient. 

This integration is now available for all Sonar customers using Adtran Mosaic. Please note: this does not support Adtran AOE.
