With the new FCC Broadband Label Generator and Customizable Invoice Templates, along with advanced features like Future Serviceable Address, we’ve made significant strides in simplifying your operations and enhancing your service offerings. FCC Label Generator 🏷️

Our new Broadband Label Maker makes it effortless to create labels for your data service plans that comply with FCC regulations. This feature, now integrated with our Customer Portal, ensures that the correct label is displayed to your subscribers whenever they log in.

Here’s how it works:

1. Generate a Report: Within your Sonar instance, or by downloading a blank CSV template, you can format the data for your service plans.
2. Upload Your Data: Once your CSV is populated, upload it to our label generator tool.
3. Get Your Labels: The tool quickly generates as many FCC-compliant labels as your CSV includes, formatted perfectly for digital display.

Don’t forget, the deadline to have the broadband facts label displayed is October 10, 2024. Make sure you’re ready!

Future Serviceable Addresses 📍

Our new Future Serviceable Addresses feature allows you to schedule a target date for a new or current subscriber to take over a Serviceable Address, even if it’s currently occupied. This enables you to schedule a job for the subscriber’s account without the Serviceable Address being assigned yet.

Payment VOID Enhancements 💰

Our enhanced sonarPay functionality now allows you to Reverse, Void, or even Refund all payment transactions within your Sonar instance. The simple two-step process ensures accurate reconciliation of voids or refunds, keeping your accounting precise and up-to-date.
