Congress required the FCC to adopt broadband consumer labels in 2022. ISPs with more than 100,000 subscribers must comply by April 10, 2024. The FCC agreed with WISPA’s request that ISPs with 100,000 or fewer subscribers have until October 10, 2024, to comply.
