I’m happy to announce our integration with ServerPlus. ServerPlus already provides call center services to a number of ISPs that use Sonar, and this integration will assist in making these services more valuable and efficient.

Thanks to our extensive API, we’ve been able to work with ServerPlus to provide a very tight integration. Without ever logging in to your Sonar system, ServerPlus can search for customer details, view and create tickets, upload call recordings and files, and much more.
