This addition is part of Sonar’s strategic focus to serve the global communications technology market, as Sonar has seen increased business momentum and demand for its OSS/BSS software solution.
Sean will be responsible for overall business continuity across the company, focusing on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiencies. Sean brings years of experience in executive salesmanship and complex problem solving to the team. He is passionate about using modern technology to solve problems and optimizing solutions that make a measurable difference.
Before joining the team at Blue Star Innovation Partners, Sean was a transformation consultant and founder at NarrowGate Consulting Company, a tech-inspired consultancy delivering growth and transformation by focusing on creative solutions for sales and technology teams.
He was also SVP and Head of North American Sales at Intrado for more than a decade, helping grow sales during early stage to global market leader. In addition, he is an active investor and owner in several small businesses.
Through his many exciting positions in sales and executive leadership over the years, he has learned that he puts the customer at the center of everything he does, he excels at the execution of big ideas with given constraints, and he loves helping the team bring in a win.
He has successfully scaled organizations from $5M to $1B in revenue, grown world-class sales teams from 10-100 people, and is fluent in both tech and exec.
