New Feature: Post Template - Sonar Software

We’re excited to announce Smart Spam Filtering in Sonar—designed to reduce inbox clutter and help you focus on the emails that matter. 

With this update, you can: 

• Automatically identify and filter spam using a built-in scoring system. 

• Manually review and reclassify messages in or out of the spam folder. 

• Keep your inbox organized with no additional setup required. 
   

How It Works: 

1. Spam messages are automatically flagged and moved to a separate folder.
2. You can reclassify any message at any time.
3. Filtering is applied instantly—no configuration necessary.

Also New: Email Enhancements 

There have been some other recent improvements to email in Sonar that provide more visibility and control. 

With these updates, you can: 

• View the full body of any email from the Communications tab or Account > Messages.
• Copy and reuse past messages for faster replies. 

• Sent to Processor – Message sent to the email processor
• Sent – Delivered to the recipient’s mailbox
• Failed – Delivery was unsuccessful
