New Feature: Calix Cloud

We’re excited to announce our integration with Calix Cloud that makes it easier than ever to align your network performance data with customer operations in Sonar. 

With this update, you can: 

• Automatically sync subscriber and service data from Sonar into Calix Cloud. 
• Streamline support workflows by surfacing key Sonar data directly within your subscriber view in Calix Cloud. 
• Access enriched performance metrics through a deep link from Sonar directly to the subscriber’s record in Calix Cloud. 

How It Works: 

1. Enable the integration by connecting your Calix Cloud account in Sonar’s Integrations area.
2. Map your Sonar services and subscribers to Calix entities, ensuring all relevant data aligns correctly.
3. Once linked, Sonar regularly syncs key subscriber data—like service level, address, and contact info—to Calix Cloud.
