Auth0: Force SSO 🔒
Sonar now supports enforced Single Sign-On (SSO) through Auth0, allowing teams to log in using existing credentials from providers like Google or Microsoft. Organizations can also disable local username and password access, ensuring compliance with strict security requirements. If you're already using Auth0, activating this feature takes just two clicks, making your login experience both secure and effortless.
Custom Links 🔗
Introducing Custom Links in Sonar – a game-changer for streamlining your workflow! Now you can add direct links to external apps right from your Accounts or Tickets, so no more copy-pasting or juggling bookmarks. Need to pull up a customer’s details in another system? Just click the custom link and go.
What makes it unique is the ability to insert variables into the URL, like custom field data or Sonar IDs, to integrate Sonar with external platforms effortlessly. Plus, Custom Links are easily accessible from the sidebar, keeping everything within reach for maximum efficiency.
Customizable Invoice Templates 📄
With Sonar's new customizable invoice templates, you can turn invoices into a branding tool. Add logos, custom images, and personalized messages while highlighting key information or promoting offers. Customize templates globally or for specific companies and account types.
