Rick here from the product team at Sonar! I am excited to share the latest features and improvements we launched in Q2. 🎉

Q2 was incredibly productive, and we can't wait for you to experience these improvements we rolled out. We launched the FCC Label Generator, allowing you to create bulk labels in minutes. Customizable Invoice Templates to give you greater flexibility and brand personalization. We’ve also integrated with Calix Cloud and recently added Future Serviceable Addresses to streamline change of service and improve efficiency, and last but not least, we’ve enhanced Payment VOID functionalities to provide better control and accuracy.

FCC Label Generator 🏷️

Our new Broadband Label Maker will help you effortlessly create bulk labels in minutes and comply with FCC regulations. P.S. The deadline to have the broadband facts label displayed is October 10, 2024 and we've made it even easier for our V2 customers to easily generate labels from within their instance. 

Here’s how it works 👇

1. Generate a Report: Within your Sonar V2 instance, or by downloading a blank CSV template, you can format the data for your service plans.
2. Upload Your Data: Once the CSV is fully populated with your data, upload it to our label generator tool.
3. Get Your Labels: The tool quickly generates as many FCC-compliant labels as your CSV includes, formatted perfectly to display digitally.

Future Serviceable Addresses 📍

Future Serviceable Addresses in Sonar allow you to schedule a target date for a new or current subscriber to take over a currently assigned Serviceable Address. This allows you to schedule a job for the subscriber’s Account without the Serviceable Address actually being assigned to the Account yet.

Payment VOID Enhancements 💰

sonarPay allows for you to Reverse, Void, or even Refund all payment transactions within your Sonar instance. The process is simple and allows for your accounting to remain accurate within your instance due to completing our two step process. The two step process ensures that any void or refund is reconciled properly within your instance by first completing the reversal of the payment transaction.

Calix Cloud Integration ☁️

The Calix Cloud integration is an automated solution for record synchronization between your Sonar instance and the Calix Cloud suite. With Calix Cloud, you can view, monitor and manage a wide range of Customer Premises Equipment, such as initiating reboots and updating firmware, while also having access to intelligent recommendations and tracking for your subscribers based on Calix’s data. Leveraging this data, and the customer data you have in Sonar, can facilitate service upgrades, hardware upselling, and churn prevention.

Customizable Invoice Templates 📄

Our Customizable Invoice Templates allow you to create and customize professional invoices that accurately reflect your brand and the products or services you offer. You can also use the Invoice Templates by company, account type, or as a default for your entire instance.
